How do I remove jewelry in case of MRI or emergency?
Great question. When getting permanent jewelry one of our jewelry specialist would show you where to cut the weld with scissors if it’s an emergency. We can also, always help with the removal process to be able to get re-welded.
There is no fee associated with re-welding when it comes to medical procedural operations.

Does permanent jewelry tarnish?

Can I shower and get into the pool with permanent jewelry?
Absolutely! The idea of permanent jewelry is for it to be seamless and effortless. You will be able to live everyday as you always have before. You will be able to go to the pool and shower without any problem!
However, depending on the PH of th individual, the jewelry may oxidize. This does not indicate tarnishing but a necessary polishing.

I would like to book a private event or party what is there a minimum?
We love love LOVE providing an experience for private events! Our party minimum is very simple.
We have a booking fee of $250. That secures our on site team for 3 working hours. Once there, we require a minimum of 6 individuals to purchase a chain. If the 6 person minimum is not met host will be liable to the remainder of the minimum charge.

What is the type of material used for permanent jewelry?
We use the best of Solid Gold, 14k gold filled, sterling silver, and enamel chains.

If I were to accidentally break or lose my permanent jewelry what would be the process on getting it repaired?
If you are within 30 days of your purchase date you will have your chain re-welded for free. If it is after 30 days, there is a lifetime fee of $25 to re-weld at any given time as long as the chain is in your possession.
Replacement appointments are done on Thursdays and Fridays.
